Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or personalised items may require additional time, which will be stated on the product page.

- United Kingdom & Switzerland: 3–6 business days

Shipping Costs
Complimentary insured shipping is offered on qualifying orders. Applicable rates for all other orders are shown at checkout.
Insurance & Signature
All shipments are fully insured until delivery. High-value orders require a signature on receipt.
Duties & Taxes
For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact support@p2rglobal.store within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
